These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the subscription services offered through the mobile application and website (“Platform”) operated by crel-tech.

By purchasing, accessing, or using a subscription plan on the Platform, you (“User”, “Parent”, “Subscriber”, or “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. ABOUT THE PLATFORM

The Platform provides parenting-related services, including but not limited to:

• AI-powered parenting assistance

• Child learning and development guidance

• Educational content and activities

• Parenting insights and recommendations

• Progress tracking and reports

• Premium digital features and tools

The services may be updated, modified, or enhanced from time to time.

2. ELIGIBILITY

1. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription.

2. By subscribing, you confirm that:

   • The information provided is accurate;

   • You have legal authority to enter into this agreement; and

   • You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

3. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

1. The Platform may offer:

   • Monthly subscriptions

   • Quarterly subscriptions

   • Annual subscriptions

   • Trial plans

   • Promotional offers

2. Subscription pricing, features, and benefits are displayed on the Platform.

3. The Company reserves the right to modify subscription plans or pricing at any time.

4. Changes in pricing shall apply only to future billing cycles.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

1. Subscription fees shall be charged in advance.

2. Payments may be processed through:

   • App Store

   • Google Play

   • Credit/Debit Cards

   • UPI

   • Net Banking

   • Third-party payment gateways

3. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing for the selected plan.

4. Taxes applicable under Indian law shall be added where required.

5. Failure of payment may result in suspension or cancellation of access.

5. AUTO-RENEWAL

1. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew.

2. Renewal charges will be billed using the original payment method.

3. Users may disable auto-renewal through:

   • App Store account settings

   • Google Play account settings

   • Platform subscription settings

6. FREE TRIALS AND PROMOTIONS

1. The Company may offer free trials or promotional access.

2. At the end of the trial period, the subscription may automatically convert into a paid plan unless cancelled.

3. Only one free trial may be allowed per user or household unless otherwise specified.

4. Abuse of trial offers may result in suspension.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

2. Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not provide retroactive refunds unless required by law.

3. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel subscriptions.

8. REFUND POLICY

1. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

2. Refunds may be considered only under the following situations:

   • Duplicate payment

   • Technical billing error

   • Unauthorized transaction verified by the Company

   • Mandatory legal obligations

3. Refund requests must be submitted within two days of the transaction.

4. For App Store or Google Play purchases, refund requests may also be subject to the policies of Apple or Google.

9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree not to:

• Share subscription accounts unlawfully

• Use the Platform for illegal activities

• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Platform

• Upload harmful or inappropriate content

• Misuse AI-generated recommendations

Parents are responsible for supervising children’s use of the Platform.

10. AI-BASED GUIDANCE DISCLAIMER

1. The Platform may provide AI-generated parenting suggestions, educational insights, or recommendations.

2. Such guidance is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

3. The Platform does not provide:

   • Medical advice

   • Psychological diagnosis

   • Professional therapy

   • Emergency services

4. Users should consult qualified professionals where necessary.

11. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• These Terms are violated;

• Fraudulent activity is detected;

• Payment obligations are not met; or

• User activity harms the Platform or other users.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. All content, software, branding, AI systems, graphics, and materials on the Platform are owned by the Company or its licensors.

2. Users receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform for personal use.

3. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit Platform content without written permission.

13. PRIVACY

1. User information is handled in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy.

2. By using the Platform, users consent to data collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

2. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.

3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

   • Indirect or consequential damages

   • Data loss

   • Service interruptions

   • Decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations

4. Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the user during the previous 12 months.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its founders, employees, and affiliates from claims arising out of:

• Violation of these Terms

• Misuse of the Platform

• Violation of applicable laws

• Unauthorized use of user accounts

16. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

1. The Company may update these Terms from time to time.

2. Updated Terms will become effective upon posting on the Platform.

3. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

2. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu.
